Ivone Lima Miranda is a dynamic and innovative marketing strategist with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries and geographies. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing Excellence for Philips Personal Health North America, Ivone leads a team of 36 professionals, overseeing brand communications, PR, media activation, e-commerce, digital and consumer experience. Her innovative approach and strategic vision have driven significant growth and brand recognition, particularly through her work in digital transformation and consumer engagement.

Ivone's career is marked by her ability to blend vision, innovation, and strategy with impeccable project management and team leadership. She has a proven track record of enhancing brand visibility and consumer preference through creative media plans and influencer partnerships. Her leadership in crisis management and media relations has consistently positioned companies and products for success.
Before her current role, Ivone led the Consumer Experience, Engagement & Care team at Philips, achieving remarkable improvements in customer satisfaction and online sales. Her tenure at Philips also includes significant contributions to the Male Grooming category, where she successfully transitioned the brand to a 100% digital media plan and forged impactful media partnerships.

Ivone's earlier career includes leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Oniway Telecom, and co-founding an advertising agency. She holds an Engineer degree in Food Science, a master’s degree in finance from Catholic University Portugal and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, Ivone brings a global perspective to her work.

Originally from Portugal, Ivone is a passionate advocate for women leadership and diversity. She is also a mother of four children, balancing her professional achievements with her family life. Outside of work, Ivone loves Formula 1 sports and tennis, and she enjoys traveling to explore new cultures and cuisines.
