Crsitina Marinucci
Chief Commercial Officer
Righteous Felon Craft Jerky
Cristina Marinucci is a seasoned commercial, marketing, insights, and strategy leader with nearly 25 years of experience helping brands unlock growth across categories, channels, and business models.
Today, Cristina serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Righteous Felon Craft Jerky, one of the most distinctive challenger brands in the fast-growing meat snacks category. She leads the company’s integrated commercial growth agenda across Sales, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Category Strategy, Retail Media, E-commerce, and Innovation—bringing those disciplines together into one commercial engine designed to accelerate national expansion, strengthen retail performance, and build long-term enterprise value.
Her move to Righteous Felon marks a new chapter in a career spent connecting what organizations too often manage separately: the consumer, the customer, the brand, and the commercial model. Cristina brings the scale, discipline, and capabilities of global CPG together with an entrepreneurial bias for speed, experimentation, and action—helping translate a differentiated brand, strong consumer love, and bold ambition into the next stage of growth.
Previously, Cristina served as Global Vice President, Growth & Omni Commercial Insights at Mondelēz International, where she led a global organization connecting foresight, consumer and shopper insights, and commercial analytics into integrated growth strategies from media to shelf. Among her contributions, she helped architect Mondelēz’s Growth Philosophy and 6P full-funnel activation framework, connecting category, brand, shopper, and commercial strategies into a more unified system for sustainable, category-led growth with retailers worldwide.
A recognized unified commerce leader and AI advocate, Cristina has built her career around collapsing the gap between signal and action—using consumer understanding, data, retail media, analytics, and AI to create “triple-win” growth solutions for shoppers, retailers, and brands. Earlier at Mondelēz, she led Global Shopper Excellence, spearheading the transformation of the company’s shopper organization and embedding shopper and omni-commerce thinking more deeply into innovation, RGM, joint business planning, category strategy, and execution.
Cristina’s career spans leadership roles across shopper, ecommerce, brand, analytics, insights, and commercial strategy at Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, Reckitt, Mars, GSK, and Pernod Ricard. That breadth gives her a rare 360° perspective across Marketing, Sales, Insights, and Strategy—and an ability to see not simply what the data says, but what the business should do about it.
Her entrepreneurial experience adds another dimension. Cristina co-founded Better Life Ventures, a CBD and plant extract wholesale business that became a top-three global wholesaler on Alibaba, sharpening her understanding of platforms, algorithms, content, conversion, and the realities of building a business in a fast-moving marketplace environment.
Cristina is also Co-Founder and Co-Host of SHeCOMMERCE, a top-ranked business podcast and media platform focused on the future of commerce and the women shaping it. Through candid conversations with executives, founders, and industry changemakers, SHeCOMMERCE explores the forces reshaping CPG, retail, ecommerce, retail media, AI, brand building, and leadership—while creating a platform for women building brands, careers, and each other.
