Apply to speak at Groceryshop 2026

Speakers at Groceryshop are the operators their peers cite for the next twelve months. Groceryshop 2026 will feature 150+ senior operators on stage, from every channel in everyday retail and 50+ countries. Our rule is simple. If you do not run a P&L, ship product, write the strategy or own a quota, you do not get a stage. Read the guidelines below before applying:

• We welcome retailers, consumer brands and solution providers. We do not pair solution providers and their clients on the same stage.
• Selected speakers receive a complimentary full-event ticket. Guest passes are not included.
• Speaker travel and expenses are not covered. Retailers and consumer brands may qualify for the Hosted Program, which includes a ticket and $1,000 in travel reimbursement.
• We cannot schedule briefing calls or respond on social media. Use the form below.
• No pay-to-play. Every speaker is selected on merit.
• No official deadline. The earlier you submit, the more session options you are considered for.
• Apply early. Earlier applications get considered for more session formats.

We respond to every applicant on a rolling basis. Most decisions land within three weeks of submission.
