Groceryshop’s new VIP program is designed for a select group of senior retail and consumer brand leaders joining us at this year’s event.
As a VIP, you’ll receive an elevated onsite experience created to make your time at Groceryshop easier, more valuable, and more memorable, from dedicated hotel access and arrival support to premium onsite spaces and curated amenities.
Space is limited, and VIP access is available by application only.
What VIP Access Includes
✔ Guaranteed Room Access at the W Hotel
VIPs receive access to a dedicated room allocation at the W Hotel with preferential rates. This protected room block is available specifically for VIP guests.
✔ Private Arrival Check-In
Upon arrival, VIPs will have access to a dedicated check-in lounge at the W Hotel, complete with refreshments and a more personal welcome experience.
✔ VIP Badge Pickup Desk
VIPs can pick up their event badge at a separate counter within the badge pickup area. Same location, elevated experience.
✔ Welcome Amenity
VIPs will receive a curated in-room welcome gift with a personal note from the Groceryshop team.
✔ VIP Beach Cabana
VIPs will have access to a shared VIP cabana during the beach party, featuring curated amenities and a dedicated space to connect with fellow VIP attendees.
✔ Dedicated VIP Inbox
Have a question before or during the event? VIPs will have access to a dedicated inbox for support.
✔ Dedicated VIP Lounge
VIPs can take advantage of a dedicated lounge off the show floor with concierge support throughout the event.
The VIP Lounge will be located in Mandalay Bay Ballroom I, with the Groceryshop team onsite to assist with questions, logistics, and support needs.
How VIP Access Works
Ideal applicants are C-suite executives or senior decision-makers attending Groceryshop to build relationships, explore strategic opportunities, and engage with the broader retail and consumer brand community.
VIP access is limited to 150 participants and subject to approval.
If approved, you’ll receive additional details on how to access your VIP benefits, including hotel booking information, arrival check-in details, and onsite VIP resources.
