Mindy Barry, Chief Marketing Officer for Mars Pet Nutrition North America, oversees marketing, brand strategy, and consumer experience across a portfolio of iconic pet care brands including PEDIGREE®, IAMS™, SHEBA®, TEMPTATIONS™, and CESAR®. Throughout her 12-year tenure at Mars, she has repeatedly driven record commercial growth in both global and North America leadership roles, helping transform businesses through the combination of consumer insight, creativity, commerce, and data-driven decision making. Her leadership helps advance Mars Petcare's purpose: A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS™ while accelerating sustainable growth for the business. Before joining Mars, Mindy spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble in leadership roles spanning brand management, customer development, and engineering. Across her career, she has helped pioneer new approaches to consumer engagement, digital marketing, and commerce while scaling global brands and leading business transformation. She holds a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Xavier University. Mindy serves on the Ad Council Board of Directors and is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and advancing modern marketing capabilities.
