Mark Williamson is AVP of Retail Media at Costco Wholesale, where he leads the strategic expansion of the retailer’s advertising ecosystem. A veteran of the commerce media industry, Mark brings a wealth of experience, having successfully built and scaled retail media programs at Sam’s Club, Ahold Delhaize USA, and Epsilon/CitrusAd before joining Costco in 2023.
At Costco, Mark and team are architecting a retail media platform fundamentally designed "the Costco way." Under his leadership, the network prioritizes member trust, merchant alignment, and long-term value over short-term ad monetization.
