Global Head of Membership & Loyalty Uber

Danielle Sheridan serves as Uber’s Head of Membership & Loyalty, where she leads the company’s global subscription program, Uber One, and directs its broader consumer loyalty strategy. Under her leadership, Uber One has experienced significant momentum, growing to 50 million members globally as of the first quarter of 2026. Uber One members now account for approximately half of Uber’s Gross Bookings across its Mobility and Delivery segments. During her 11+ years at Uber, Danielle has held multiple leadership roles spanning loyalty, growth, and marketplace operations. In her current role, she oversees end-to-end loyalty initiatives, including cross-platform engagement, third-party partnerships, and innovative engagement strategies designed for Uber’s most active users. Previously, she directed Uber’s U.S. Mobility City Operations, overseeing growth strategy, marketplace operations, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Uber, Danielle was a consultant in Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
