With a 20+ year career spanning advertising, strategy and marketing roles across North America, the Middle East and Southern Africa, Andrew Pearson has created award-winning brand, experiential, digital and earned media campaigns across almost every category imaginable.
A seasoned team leader and strategic thinker, Andrew’s brand and category background ranges from automotive, gaming, technology, cellular and beverage alcohol to CPG, personal care, fashion, lifestyle, financial and more. An experienced manager, adept at leading diverse, high performing teams, he is a passionate mentor with a strong focus on developing diverse BIPOC talent.
Prior to his most recent role as the Head of Content for Diageo North America, Andrew oversaw the marketing, communications strategy and campaign development for Pernod Ricard's tequila & mezcal portfolio and Chivas Regal Scotch whiskey. He also led the creative and strategy departments at Havas Formula & Havas Street North America, having crossed the pond from Havas Worldwide Dubai where he led the creative and content development teams. Before moving abroad, his experience back home included prestigious network agencies such as Ogilvy, FCB and Saatchi, as well as one of the country’s best independent agencies at the time, FoxP2.
