Tal Zlotnitsky
Founder & CEO EVERYAISLE
Tal Zlotnitsky has spent nearly 30 years building technology companies from the ground up, including five that achieved successful exits across SaaS, fintech, payments and supply chain. Many in the grocery industry know Tal through iControl Data, a Goldman Sachs-backed company acquired by Fintech. His career has centered on developing scalable enterprise technology solutions that help food & beverage enterprises on both ends of a transaction ledger solve complex operational challenges, respond to advancements in technology and to changing consumer behaviors. Today, Tal is the founder and CEO of EVERYAISLE. an AI-native personalization and retail media platform built for independent and regional grocers. Tal founded the company around a clear belief: independent grocers should not have to surrender their customer relationships and first-party data to compete in an AI-native marketplace. Under his leadership, EVERYAISLE operates on the core principle that centralizing AI across an independent retailer’s entire technology stack, including loyalty programs, circulars, e-commerce, and email, is vastly more effective than running disconnected AI engines for each. EVERYAISLE designed to either stand alone or seamlessly integrate with and function as an AI overlay on top of legacy tech stacks and data, which for many independent grocers are simply too costly to replace. Backed by Associated Wholesale Grocers and three prominent independent retail grocery chains, EVERYAISLE is live across 90 different retailers operating hundreds of stores, and is scheduled to double its active store count by the end of 2026.
