Michael Beacham currently serves as President of California Pizza Kitchen (CPK), where he is driving a renewed focus on licensing and strategic growth. A seasoned executive with decades of leadership experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Beacham joined CPK after serving as Group CEO for Earl Enterprises the parent company for Planet Hollywood, Brio, Bravo, Earl of Sandwich, Bertucci’s and Bucca Di Beppo as well as Virtual Dining Concepts (Mr Beast Burger) Throughout Beacham’s career he has led the global operations, expansion, and development strategies for several global brands, including serving as President of Darden International, where he oversaw the company’s international portfolio, and as Chief Operating Officer of Hard Rock Cafe International, managing corporate and franchise operations across more than 70 countries. He has also held senior executive roles at CEC Entertainment (Chuck E. Cheese’s), Rosinter Restaurants, and Carlson Restaurants Worldwide (TGI Friday’s), where he helped guide growth across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Beyond his leadership roles, Beacham has been an active advisor and board member, supporting innovative companies such as Virtual Dining Concepts, LANDED, and H&A Farms. His background also includes senior positions with Marriott Hotels and the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce, as well as teaching restaurant management as an adjunct professor at New Jersey universities. Recognized for his ability to balance brand tradition with innovation, he is a frequent speaker at industry events, including FS/TEC, RLC, and Prosper, where he addressed strategies for igniting growth in legacy brands.

Beacham’s educational foundation includes study at Valley Forge Military Academy and The George Washington University, and advanced studies at Harvard Business School. His extensive global experience and passion for hospitality continue to shape his leadership at California Pizza Kitchen, where he is guiding the iconic brand into its next phase of growth.
