Jeremy Pee
Co-Founder & Co-CEO Thri5
Jeremy Pee is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Thri5, the AI System of Actions for retail. Thri5 sits on top of the systems a retailer already runs, surfaces the highest-value opportunities across stores, supply chain and central teams, and routes each one to the person or agent that can act on it. Every action is tracked through to completion and outcome.
Across 20 years in retail, Jeremy has held senior roles at globally recognized retailers. He was Chief Technology and Digital Officer at Marks & Spencer, where he led an ambitious digital transformation, and before that Senior Vice President of Loblaw Digital, building and scaling Loblaw's digital businesses from inception to over half a billion in revenue. Earlier in his career, he managed the largest category ($1B+) at Staples, and co-founded a beauty business. He currently serves as a Board Director at Matalan, a leading UK fashion and home retailer.
Thri5 was built to solve the gaps Jeremy ran into first hand in those roles: opportunities surfacing and slipping away between systems and teams, plans that fragment at every handoff, and no reliable way to see what actually got done.
At Wild Fork Foods, a nine-week Thri5 pilot delivered a 3.0% sales lift, 3.6% margin lift and a 2.0 point gain in inventory accuracy versus control stores, leading to a national US rollout.
Jeremy earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds an Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
