David Mataciunas

Deividas Mataciunas is the CTO and Co-founder of M11 Labs, an agentic commerce lab building the data and trust infrastructure for the next generation of commerce. He has nearly 10 years of experience across AI, machine learning, large language models, and data infrastructure, spanning enterprise AI, research, and startups. Before founding M11 Labs, Deividas worked on AI systems at IBM and led work across applied machine learning and large-scale data platforms. He is also an AI researcher on Cohere Labs’ Aya initiative, one of the largest open multilingual AI research efforts, covering more than 100 languages. Deividas previously served as Chairperson of the AI Association of Lithuania, helping grow the country’s AI ecosystem and bring together researchers, founders, companies and universities. His work sits at the intersection of frontier AI, data infrastructure and commerce, with a focus on how AI agents can understand what is true, which products to trust and ultimately what to recommend.
