Dan Haugen is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Roxberry Naturals, a Columbus, Ohio-based kids beverage company that created the first modern soda designed specifically for kids. A father of two, Haugen is part of the founding leadership team behind the brand, helping build a fun, kid-friendly, modern soda made with real fruits and vegetables and without artificial flavors, sweeteners, or dyes.

Haugen has helped lead Roxberry from product concept to key growth milestones in market, including the company’s national expansion into more than 2,200 Walmart stores as the first-ever kids’ beverage to enter Walmart’s Modern Soda aisle in January 2026. Under his leadership, Roxberry has expanded its reach to 4,000 doors across all 50 states with additional, major retail expansion coming in 2026.

Before co-founding Roxberry Naturals, Haugen held senior leadership roles at Abbott in strategy, sales, and operations. He earned an MBA from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana University.
