Previously he was Chief Commercial Officer at Advantage Solutions, the leading provider of sales, marketing, and technology solutions to consumer goods companies and retailers.  There he led their 3 business units ($3B P&L, 70k employees) along with the Growth, Strategy, and Analytics teams.  Before that, he spent nearly two decades at Bain & Company as a Senior Partner, advising senior CPG executives on their toughest strategic and operational challenges, leading Bain's global research on Insurgent Brands, and building and running the US Commercial Excellence practice.
