Audrey Djiya is the Founder and CEO of Handled, a Y Combinator-backed AI startup transforming how consumer brands run their operations. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Retail & E-Commerce, Audrey has spent her career building, scaling, and modernizing consumer businesses like Peloton and Zola.com. Before Handled, Audrey ran U.S. operations for international consumer brands across e-commerce, marketplaces, finance, operations, and wholesale, launching brands into retailers including Whole Foods, Sprouts, Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, and Anthropologie. That experience gave Audrey a firsthand view into how much of consumer operations still relied on fragmented data and manual work. She built the earliest version of Handled for herself, creating one place to see what was happening across her brands, catch problems early, and automate repetitive, manual work. Today, Handled connects the systems consumer brands run on and uses AI to answer questions, proactively surface what needs attention, and execute work end to end across core operations and finance workflows, including planning, procurement, AR/AP, wholesale order management, and more. Audrey holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Dartmouth College.
