Insurance Requirements
Who Is Required to Submit Insurance:
- All Exhibiting companies, including:
- Exhibit Spaces*
- Startup Booths & NOOKs
- Exhibit Hall Meeting Rooms
- All Private Meeting Room Sponsors
All insurance certificates must be submitted to RainProtection by August 31st. If you decide not to purchase RainProtection but instead use your own insurance, please make it compliant and then submit a copy to: [email protected] with your Logistics Lead in copy.
All insurance certificates must be submitted by August 31, 2026.
Robots:
Please let your Sponsor Logistics Lead know if you plan to bring a robot into your exhibit space as this may require additional approvals and COIs.
COI Requirements:
Per Section 7 of the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions, Sponsor and its independent contractors, at their sole expense, shall obtain and maintain during the Event insurance coverage and provide Shoptalk LLC and the Event venue with a certificate of insurance (reasonably acceptable to Shoptalk LLC) and applicable additional insured endorsements at least thirty (30) days prior to use of the premises as follows: (a) Worker’s Compensation Insurance as required by local or state law; (b) Commercial General Liability Insurance (including but not limited to blanket contractual liability and personal and advertising injury coverage) with minimum limits of at least $1,000,000 in any one occurrence and $3,000,000 in the aggregate.
This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, September 20-25, 2026, naming Groceryshop, LLC (605 Third
Ave., 26th Floor, New York, NY, 10158) as certificate holder. The following must be named as additional insured: Groceryshop,
LLC, Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and MGM Resorts.
