General

Groceryshop will take place over three days — from Tuesday, September 22 through Thursday, September 24 — at Mandalay Bay.
We recommend arriving in Las Vegas on Monday afternoon for early badge pick-up (please note that badge pick-up is busiest between 9 am and 11 am on Tuesday) and leaving no earlier than Thursday September 24 in the afternoon. Please be mindful of any after-show activities that you may have planned when booking your travel. 

The Groceryshop experience includes inspiring conference days and unforgettable evening events, so we recommend smart-casual attire throughout the week. In Las Vegas, September temperatures are typically hot and dry, with average daytime highs around 37°C (99°F) and evening lows around 24°C (75°F). Keep this in mind when preparing for our outdoor evening events and networking experiences.

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available throughout Groceryshop
At Groceryshop, attendees can enjoy a variety of food and beverage offerings throughout the event. Each morning begins with breakfast service before sessions start, and lunch is served daily during dedicated midday breaks, giving you plenty of flexibility to dine between meetings, sessions, and networking opportunities. Across all three days, you’ll find a range of cuisine options along with convenient grab-and-go selections perfect for busy schedules. Throughout the day, refreshments including snacks, coffee, tea, and water will also be available across lounge and networking areas to keep you fueled from morning to evening.
Groceryshop does not share or sell attendee contact information. We have not authorised any company to contact you. We recommend that you do not reply to or speak with any organisation claiming to sell the Groceryshop attendee list and do not share your credit card information. 

A coat check service will be available on the final day of Groceryshop 2026, Thursday, September 24. The coat check will be located within the Registration Area in the Bayside Foyer (Sections D, E & F) at Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Attendees are encouraged to collect all checked items before departing the event.

Travel & Accommodation

The main self-parking garage is located on the west side of Mandalay Bay Resort and can be accessed via Frank Sinatra Drive or Las Vegas Boulevard. The Mandalay Bay Convention Center parking garage is located adjacent to the convention facilities and offers convenient access for event attendees.

Parking fees apply for guests and visitors using MGM Resorts parking facilities. Self-parking rates at Mandalay Bay are currently $15 for 1–4 hours and $18 for 4–24 hours, with each additional 24-hour period charged at the daily rate. Nevada residents receive up to three hours of complimentary self-parking with a valid Nevada driver's license, and MGM Rewards members may qualify for complimentary parking benefits based on tier status. Parking rates are subject to change and may vary during special events.

The nearest airport to Mandalay Bay Convention Center is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), located approximately 3 miles (5 km) from the venue.

Visitors can reach Mandalay Bay in approximately 10–15 minutes by taxi, rideshare (Uber/Lyft), shuttle service, or rental car. Taxis and rideshare services are available from designated pick-up areas at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Public transportation options, including RTC bus routes, also provide service between the airport and the Las Vegas Strip.

Las Vegas offers a variety of convenient transportation options for visitors attending events at Mandalay Bay Convention Center, including 24/7 metered taxis, Uber and Lyft ride-share services, RTC public bus routes such as the Deuce and Strip & Downtown Express (SDX), the Las Vegas Monorail via the nearby MGM Grand Station, and the complimentary Mandalay Bay Tram connecting Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and Excalibur.
Groceryshop does not have a transfer service booked for the event from the airport due to arrival and departure times varying. Please be advised to either pre-book your airport transfer or taxi’s are an easy option on arrival in Las Vegas.

Health & Safety & Accessibility

Security and medical services are available 24 hours a day while the event is live. A dedicated security team is stationed onsite throughout the event, and trained medical personnel are available at all times to assist attendees with any health or safety concerns.

Both the Security Office and First Aid/Medical Services are located on Level 1 of the South Convention Center at Mandalay Bay. Attendees who require assistance should visit these locations or notify the nearest event staff member, who can coordinate support.

Mandalay Bay Convention Center is fully wheelchair accessible and compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The venue offers accessible entrances, elevators, restrooms, parking spaces, seating areas, and pathways throughout the convention center. Wheelchair rentals and additional accessibility services may also be available through Mandalay Bay; attendees requiring specific accommodations are encouraged to contact the venue in advance.

No, we do not offer any exhibit hall only or one day tickets. Tickets provide access to all aspects of Groceryshop, including sessions, networking events, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, exhibits, etc. that are not private. We do not offer any exhibit hall only or partial attendance rates.
As stated in our Terms of Attendance and Participation, tickets to Groceryshop are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, please contact the Groceryshop registration team: [email protected]  

Meetup at Groceryshop

Meetup meetings will take place onsite during Groceryshop in the dedicated Meetup area in the Exhibit Hall.  All meetings will be scheduled based on everyone’s individual availability during the following times (note that all meetings are pre-scheduled): 
 
  • Tuesday, September 22, 2026: 1:20 PM – 2:30 PM
  • Wednesday, September 23, 2026: 1:15 PM – 2:30 PM
  • Wednesday, September 23, 2026: 3:55 PM – 5:05 PM
  • Thursday, September 24, 2026: 10:55 AM – 12:00 PM
Five weeks before Grocery starts, we’ll reach out to guide you step-by-step through a simple process to participate in Meetup. Please see below for details...

Step 1: Complete your profile and share details about yourself and why you are participating.
Step 2: Request who you want to meet by reviewing the profiles of everyone participating and requesting who you would like to meet with - use filters and searches to make it nice and easy. Thousands of other attendees will be doing the same.
Step 3: Opt in to the new requests you’ve received from other participants.
Step 4: View your schedule! Download the Groceryshop Mobile App and view your full meetings schedule!

Then, simply join your meetings onsite. And remember, all meetings are double opt-in, guaranteeing you'll only meet people you want to meet who also want to meet you.
Through the Meetup program, you’ll participate in up to 16 meetings - limited only by your availability and mutual interest.
Every Groceryshop attendee is welcome to participate in Meetup! If you register after September 4th you will no longer be able to participate in the Meetup Program.
