General Information

Groceryshop officially kicks off on Monday, September 19 at 2:00pm. Registration opens at 11:00am in the Mandalay Foyer.

Staying at the Mandalay Bay? Skip the line for hotel check-in and don’t worry about losing your keycard. Sign up for Mandalay Bay contactless mobile check-in and room access here.

What To Wear

The Groceryshop experience includes conference days and party nights. Prepare for smart-casual attire, and be prepared for the Las Vegas high temperatures. Keep this in mind when preparing for our outdoor evening event, Groceryfest!

Groceryshop App

Download the Groceryshop app now to access the full lists of attendees and sponsors, review pre-event information and browse the agenda and speakers. Check in to the event seamlessly, chat with colleagues and peers, access the agenda and plan out your schedule! On-site at Groceryshop you’ll also be able to use the app to chat with colleagues and peers, record Retail Education Certificate credits, review the Expo Hall map, and more! **Make sure you enable push notifications so you can be reminded of all the great things happening on-site. Here’s how to log in:

1. Enter the email address you provided when you registered for Groceryshop
2. Enter your registration confirmation number (note: the app refers to this number as ‘badge number’)

After you've logged in for the first time you will be prompted to create your own password, which you'll use to access the app from then on.

 *Note: For anyone that attended Shoptalk Europe 2022 or Shoptalk 2022 and had an active account on either app you will need to use the PASSWORD you created previously to log in. Once you are logged in to the app, you may see the old event branding. Users must go to the more tab, switch event and select ‘Groceryshop’.

Retail Education Certificate

For 2022 we’ll be introducing Groceryshop’s Retail Education Certificate, which is awarded to every individual who completes at least 10 credits of approved continuing education at Groceryshop. Choose from more than 50 content sessions, a dozen keynotes, Tabletalks (retailers and brands only) and Hosted Retailers & Brands meetings (retailers and brands only) across four days to collect credits and receive your Retail Education Certificate! Shophop

Join our can't miss pub crawl (*for retailers and brands only) on Wednesday, September 21st at 6:00-8:00pm. Pick up your wristband at the Hosted Program desk on Wednesday in the Expo Hall. Resturants included in Shophop are: Kumi, Libertine and Fleur.

Expo Floor

The Groceryshop expo floor will be open from 10:00am-6:00pm on Tuesday, September 21st and Wednesday, September 22nd where we’ll welcome the industry’s biggest and best solution providers ready to show their latest technologies, but that’s not all! Throughout the expo floor there will be different activations to enhance your Groceryshop experience - enjoy our brand new Swag Store, the Play Lounge, Relaxation Lounge, Nitro Ice Cream stations and more can’t miss surprises! 

Groceryfest 

Groceryshop is more than just days jam-packed with insights from the industry’s bold-faced names—it’s also the home of out of this world networking and parties!

Grab your Groceryshop bestie and head over to the Mandalay Bay Beach on Wednesday, September 21st at 8:30pm for a can’t miss festival themed atmosphere where you’ll enjoy 3 amazing acts, a live DJ, food, drinks, fortune teller, magician, private cabanas, hours of networking and a whole lot more!

Networking

Groceryshop is the place to make life-long connections and meet with new and old friends. This year we’re bringing you a brand new Connect Lounge in the Mandalay Bay Foyer to the left of registration open to all attendees to take time to connect with those you meet throughout the event.
