Wayne McIntyre is the Co-Founder and CEO of Relocalize, a cleantech company pioneering the decarbonization of food supply chains through autonomous microfactories.

At Relocalize, Wayne leads a revolutionary approach to food and beverage production by decentralizing manufacturing to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, eliminate middle-mile trucking, and improve supply chain efficiency for grocery retailers. His mission is to create a truck-free future for food & beverages, delivering greener, more sustainable products that enhance profitability for retailers while benefiting consumers and the environment.

Before founding Relocalize, Wayne held senior leadership roles in technology companies across the B2B software, biotechnology, and aerospace industries, including CAE and SPI Pharma. In these roles, he led business & corporate development, growth strategy, M&A, and commercial transformations, building a strong foundation of expertise in driving innovation and growth.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), a Doctor of Laws (JD), and an MBA, complementing his multidisciplinary expertise in technology, business, and legal domains. His thought leadership has been recognized through multiple speaking engagements at industry-leading conferences, such as the VERGE Climate Tech Conference, Manifest: The Future of Supply Chain & Logistics, Food Automation & Manufacturing Conference, ABB Robotics Summit, and the Canadian Innovation Exchange (CIX) Summit.
