Tiffany Boyd is the Vice President of Omnichannel Marketing at Talking Rain Beverage Co., the makers of the #1 sparkling water brand in the U.S., Sparkling Ice.

In her role, Tiffany is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience across all platforms by leveraging technology and insights to boost convenience, satisfaction, and loyalty.

She leads several key areas of business, including shopper marketing, digital commerce, customer experience (CX), loyalty and retention, and marketing operations.

Under Tiffany’s leadership, Sparkling Ice achieved a two-year high in household penetration (HHP) following strategic investments in media and marketing targeted at specific audiences.

A recent Harris Poll from Ad Age praised Sparkling Ice for its ability to connect with Boomers and Gen Z alike, resulting in equity growth with both demographics.

Before joining Talking Rain, Tiffany honed her expertise at ConAgra Brands and Safeway Inc., where she specialized in shopper marketing, targeted loyalty marketing, and analytics.

Tiffany and Talking Rain believe in sharing their success to support healthy communities, personal well-being, and greater inclusivity. Outside of her work leading customer experience and marketing initiatives, Tiffany also serves as the Executive Sponsor of the Black Rain resource group at Talking Rain, which she co-established in 2022.
