Sherry Frey

Sherry Frey is Vice President of Product Insights, NielsenIQ, a leading global market intelligence company with data focusing on consumer and retail trends across more than ninety countries. Sherry has been a featured speaker at 50-75 national and international CPG, Retail and Health/Wellness events annually. She is frequently requested as a media and analyst resource on topics related to consumer behavior. Frey has spent her entire career in the food, wellness and agriculture sectors at companies including the Perishables Group, Nielsen and Fleishman-Hillard.

She is a regular guest lecturer at Lake Forest College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness/Agricultural Journalism from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Sherry also completed the United Fresh Produce Executive Development Program at Cornell University. In 2023, Sherry partnered with McKinsey & Co to co-author the research: The Business Case for Sustainability, the first research taking a comprehensive view of the impact of sustainability in the CPG space.
