Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Strategy at Nestlé, he leads the company’s AI strategy and innovation agenda—delivering significant revenue growth and spearheading enterprise-wide initiatives in product innovation, supply chain optimization, automation, and finance productivity.  
 
He has successfully scaled Generative AI capabilities, implemented intelligent automation at scale, and generated hundreds of millions in sustainable P&L impact through digital investments.  
 
Before joining Nestlé, Sambit held executive roles at Ecolab and Land O’ Lakes, where he led cloud migrations, AI-driven supply chain reinventions, digital commerce transformations, and launched innovation labs forging startup partnerships. His career began in consulting at Deloitte and Capgemini, where he specialized in strategy, ERP, supply chain, and eCommerce transformations across retail, CPG, and manufacturing.
