Sabrina leads the Consumer Products Management Consulting practice for Publicis Sapient. She has over 20 years of experience partnering with CPGs to drive value-based transformation. Specifically, her experience is focused on helping enterprises hunt for digital value pools in their core business and in new offerings/markets and partnering with them to build the capabilities required to capture the pool. Sabrina drives large scale transformation through the fusion of three lenses: business strategy, consumer experience/design and technology/data. Her deep expertise spans e-commerce (b2b2c, d2c, b2b), new digital first business models, core business reinvention including digital experience building, digital org, digital product management and operating model transformation.
