Rina Hurst is Vice President of Digital Merchandising at Sam’s Club, where she leads the strategy and execution of digital-first experiences that make shopping easier and more personalized for members. In this role, she drives innovation across site experience and member engagement, ensuring that Sam’s Club delivers a seamless end-to-end omnichannel journey.

Prior to this role, Rina served as Vice President of Walmart GoLocal, Walmart’s delivery service platform for other retailers, and as Chief Business Officer at Shipt, Target’s last-mile delivery platform. She also spent over a decade at Target in merchandising and business partnership roles. Rina earned her bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Georgetown University.
