Groceryshop 2025 Speaker Resources
General Information
We recommend all speakers arrive on the evening of Saturday, September 27, to join Groceryshop's opening tracks and keynotes which starts on Monday, September 28 at 1:45pm PT. On Wednesday, October 1, we will host morning content, so we recommend speakers plan to leave Wednesday evening.
Speakers who can no longer attend Groceryshop should contact rosanna.chan@shoptalk.com immediately. Please note that Groceryshop does not accept speaker substitutions unless that person is at an equivalent or higher level within the organization. All substitutions are subject to approval by the Groceryshop Content team.
Registration
Speakers do not need to purchase or register for a ticket. As a speaker, Groceryshop provides you with a complimentary ticket to the full four days of the event. You will receive an email confirmation with your registration details in advance of the show.
If you already purchased a ticket to Groceryshop, it can be transferred to a colleague within your organization.
Registration includes access to all sessions, the Exhibit Hall, Meetups, meal functions and receptions from Sunday, September 28 to Wednesday, October 1.
Due to the volume of speakers at Groceryshop, we are not able to provide complimentary or discounted tickets for speaker guests.

Groceryshop has secured room blocks at preferential rates at Mandalay Bay and Delano. To book your room, click here. The room block deadline is Friday, September 5, but please note that rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Our room block sells out every year, so we recommend booking early.
Your Session
If your session has a Moderator, the Moderator will reach out to you 1-2 months in advance of the event to schedule time to discuss the session. If you are on a panel, moderators will organize a call that includes all panelists, if possible. If your session features a one-on-one interview, the call will not include other speakers.
If your session includes a presentation only, a member of the Groceryshop team will reach out to you.
We also ask interviewers and moderators to find a time to connect with their speakers onsite at Groceryshop in advance of their session.
