Your Session

All speakers can find the date and time of their session by visiting the online agenda here.

Session topics and speakers are listed on the online agenda here. For additional information on your session topic and format, please contact the Groceryshop Content team at rosanna.chan@shoptalk.com.

If your session has a Moderator, the Moderator will reach out to you 1-2 months in advance of the event to schedule time to discuss the session. If you are on a panel, moderators will organize a call that includes all panelists, if possible. If your session features a one-on-one interview, the call will not include other speakers.

If your session includes a presentation only, a member of the Groceryshop team will reach out to you.

We also ask interviewers and moderators to find a time to connect with their speakers onsite at Groceryshop in advance of their session.

If your session includes a presentation only, a member of the Groceryshop content team will reach out to you 1-2 months in advance of the event to arrange a prep call.

All speakers must report to the Speaker Lounge 1 hour prior to the start time for their session. From the Speaker Lounge, Groceryshop staff will escort speakers to the room in which they are speaking. Each speaker will receive a calendar invite (in Pacific Time) prior to the show that includes information on where the Speaker Lounge is located and how to get there.

The session interviewer or emcee will introduce each speaker with a very short bio written by the Groceryshop team to ensure consistency in length and content.

A countdown timer and confidence monitor will be placed on the floor in front of the stage for presenters to see their content as it is being projected to the audience. Presenter notes will NOT be displayed on these monitors.

Speakers will be given a clicker to advance their slides.

We anticipate several hundred attendees in each of the track rooms, though the exact size of the audience will vary with topic and timing.

There will be a countdown clock just in front of the stage. To stay on schedule, if you exceed your allocated time, the confidence monitor will flash to let you know it’s time to wrap up. After that point, your microphone will be cut. We regretfully cannot make any exceptions.
