For nearly two decades, Prasanna Kumar (Pras) has been driving business growth through digital and e-commerce transformation, with a sharp focus today on how AI is reshaping shopper journeys.  
 
At Diageo, a FTSE 100 company and global leader in beverage alcohol, he is part of the Global Omnichannel Leadership Team, where he leads the evolution of omnichannel commerce experiences to stay ahead of disruption.  
 
Previously at Diageo, Pras accelerated digital transformation by building regional Centres of Excellence and leading global connections planning across continents. His career also spans pivotal roles at Alibaba, P&G, L’Oréal, and WPP/Mediacom, where he brought together e-retailer perspectives, consultancy, agency, and brand-side experience.  
 
Pras's work has contributed to industry-defining milestones: helping P&G achieve e-commerce and premium growth in China (winning five Cannes Lions in Digital, Data, Media, and Content), driving Alibaba’s 11.11 Global Shopping Festival to record-breaking GMVs, pioneering shoppertainment and social commerce partnerships, and establishing Amazon’s Excellence Centre in Luxembourg to accelerate P&G’s European e-business.
