Olivier is the Co-Founder & CEO of Leav, a cutting-edge platform transforming the in-store shopping experience by seamlessly connecting the digital and physical worlds, from activation to checkout. His career began in global advertising, working with governments and nonprofits, where frequent travel fueled his passion for retail and a curiosity about the differences in shopping experiences across countries.

In 2020, after a series of frustrating in-store experiences, he entered the retail technology space, quickly becoming an expert in customer experience and innovation. Since then, Leav has evolved from a self-operated pop-up to a platform powering autonomous stores, hybrid retail models, and leading fashion brands, all while maintaining a focus on simplicity and affordability.

Outside of his work at Leav, Olivier actively mentors entrepreneurs and occasionally teaches entrepreneurship and retail technology, sharing his expertise and passion with others.
