Michelle Morale was named Vice President, Digital Commerce and Omni-Shopper Marketing in June 2021. She reports to Charley Nevin, Chief Customer Officer, Meals & Beverage.

With 20 years of consumer-packaged goods marketing and sales experience, Michelle leads and implements Campbell’s eCommerce strategy, vision, and execution, and develops fully integrated omni-shopper marketing and digital-to-shelf activations. She is also responsible for transforming our customer value proposition, including customer-centric tools, processes, and capabilities.

Since joining Campbell in 2009 as a Group Marketing Manager for Pepperidge Farm, Michelle has also held progressively responsible leadership roles including Director-Innovation, Fresh & Frozen Bakery; Director-Innovation, Retail Fresh, Immediate Consumption, Foodservice; Director of Marketing, Soup and Broth; and Vice President- Sales Strategy, Revenue Management, Category Leadership, Meals & Beverages. She also briefly led V8 brand marketing strategy.

Prior to Campbells, Michelle spent six years in brand management roles with H-E-B Grocery Company, Unilever, and Kraft Foods North America.

Michelle earned her B.A. degree in economics from Princeton University and her M.B.A. degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
