Krystyna Kostka is Senior Vice President, Operations at BJ’s Wholesale Club, a leading club retailer in the United States with 244 clubs, 178 retail fuel stations and $20 billion in annual sales. Krystyna leads Club and DC Operations Infrastructure, including robotics, automation and emerging technologies as well as BJ’s Retail Fuel Operations, including procurement and supply chain logistics.

Prior to joining BJ’s in 2014, Krystyna held leadership roles in both operations and finance at Irving Oil, Canada’s largest oil refiner with over 900 Irving-branded convenience retail stores in the Northeastern United States and Canada.

A graduate of Boston University, Ms. Kostka holds an MBA from Babson College with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
