Justin Nedelman joined Pressed Juicery in June 2023 and quickly began transforming the business. A proven brand-building CEO with extensive retail operating experience, Mr. Nedelman previously served as the CEO of Eureka Restaurant Group, a $100M restaurant brand, and as Chief Real Estate Officer of FAT Brands, overseeing 2,200 locations across 19 brands. In addition to his executive roles, he has made personal investments and served on the boards of multiple startup CPG and health-related companies.

Mr. Nedelman has assembled a trusted team to amplify the Pressed brand in wholesale and leverage the rich history and loyal following Pressed enjoys. Mr. Nedelman is an avid lifelong health and wellness enthusiast and lives and breathes the company’s Mission and Values.
