As the Head of Digital Merchandising, Jorge has responsibility for the digital merchandising, digital promotional planning, & site merchandising teams. His team manages the digital experience across all modalities & has responsibility for how the website comes to life for our customers. Jorge’s digital category managers partner closely with supplier partners in efforts to help drive growth on there digital seamless business.

Jorge joined Kroger in October of 2020, prior to his time at Kroger, Jorge spent the first part of his career rising through the ranks of merchandising at Wakefern Food Corp, holding different positions in the category management space. Jorge spent his last few years before joining Kroger at Walmart, where he led the digital merchandising team for center store grocery as well as overseeing total food site merchandising efforts.
