She brings more than 30 years of experience across the retail industry and global consulting, helping clients solve cross-enterprise pain points, particularly in store operations, loss prevention, and inventory – often through AI-enabled solutions.

Jennifer career started while at The Gap, where she gained valuable experience over 12 years in both stores and headquarters. Using her industry knowledge to drive innovation for clients, she moved into consulting almost 20 years ago. Focusing on root causes and industry issues, she creates differentiated and revenue-generating customer and employee experiences across channels, products, and businesses. Specializing in store operations, inventory and loss prevention for apparel, hardlines, discount and grocery sectors, she collaborates with clients to streamline operations and enhance growth opportunities.
