Frank Kerr currently serves as Chief Customer Officer for Lidl US where he is responsible for driving a holistic consumer experience. Kerr brings together all customer-centric activities in this newly created role for the company. His responsibilities include marketing, consumer insights, customer loyalty, eCommerce, and promotional planning. This is Kerr’s second stint with Lidl where he previously served as Director of Sales Operations for the Southeast US and the United Kingdom and District Manager in Germany. Kerr has spent time working in five different countries and the Lidl international headquarters during his time with the organization.

Prior to rejoining Lidl US, Kerr spent four years at Save A Lot. He was most recently Vice President of Retail Operations and Wholesale Sales where he led the retail and wholesale division of over 900 stores across 32 states, totaling nearly $4.5B in annual revenue. Kerr has also worked for Nestle where he was a District Sales Leader responsible for the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Sales Teams in the Atlanta and Houston Metro Markets for key Nestle brands including DiGiorno, Tombstone, Haagan-Dazs, Dreyers and more. Kerr has been in the grocery industry since the age of 15 and loves the industry for its dynamic nature and people-first approach to leading high-performing teams.

Kerr lives with his wife, two sons, and dog in Alexandria, Virginia. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, traveling with family, and cheering on his Philadelphia and University of South Carolina sports teams.
