Fabiola Torres joined PepsiCo in April 2020 following the $3.85 billion acquisition of Rockstar Energy Drink. At PepsiCo, she oversees a team of 60 between Energy and the HBU. Key initiatives she’s leading include an upcoming innovation and campaign launch for Rockstar and the strategy for the Energy portfolio short and long term.

Before joining PepsiCo, Torres directed marketing for iconic brands such as Nike for 18 years and Apple’s Beats by Dre for 3 years. A dedicated diversity advocate, Torres’ work has impacted brands on a global scale. She was a driving force of Women at Apple and a leader of the Hispanic community at Nike. Here at Pepsico she is an executive sponsor of Adelante and a member of top 40 Global Women Leadership group.

Torres also is a frequent speaker at business forums, including Girl Boss, PULSE UCLA Anderson School of Management and most recently at HACR.

As an integrator and problem solver with global experience, she has implemented new market approaches for the Energy drinks here at PepsiCo and has been able to disrupt with innovation and driving executional excellence.

In her free time, Faby enjoys spending time doing fitness activities with her husband and three sons in LA.
