Chad is an eCommerce & omnichannel executive with over 25 years of experience leading enterprise eCommerce, digital, and omnichannel organizations. His background encompasses strategic planning, disruptive innovation, user experience, digital product development, digital marketing, fulfillment/logistics, merchandising, and organizational development. Chad’s passion is building and developing teams that craft exceptional omnichannel experiences that support rapid revenue growth.

Chad is currently the Sr. Vice President of Digital and eCommerce at Lowes Foods and Alex Lee Retail. Lowes Foods is a disruptive and community-focused retailer that operates over 84 locations across the Carolinas and Georgia. Chad’s organization is responsible for setting and delivering the omnichannel strategy including digital enterprises, user experience design, eCommerce fulfillment/logistics, marketplaces, engineering/logistics, BOPIS, Personal Shopper programs, and all aspects of the guest experience for Lowes Foods To Go and Lowes Foods’ eCommerce marketplaces. Chad’s org leaned heavily into the company’s 27-year eCommerce legacy to place eCommerce front-and-center in support of their local communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to Lowes Foods, Chad was responsible for eCommerce and digital marketing for (Carolina Biological Supply Company) - an industry-leading and international science education supplier near Raleigh, NC. Prior to that, Chad held various positions managing digital marketing, eCommerce product strategy, and project management for Things Remembered, Inc. – one the country's original retailers of personalized gifts for all occasions.
