Cem Kent is the Co-Founder and CEO of Harmonya, an AI-powered insights platform redefining how CPG brands and retailers approach product data, transforming it into actionable intelligence that uncovers growth opportunities, drives smarter attribution, and accelerates decision-making. Backed by leading technology investors including Team8 and Bright Pixel Capital, Harmonya works with some of the world’s top consumer brands and retailers.

Cem’s career has focused on developing technology-driven solutions to solve complex operational and strategic challenges. Prior to founding Harmonya, he co-founded Even, one of the first providers of earned wage access, designed to support the financial stability of hourly workers. Even partnered with major employers and was backed by top-tier venture firms before its acquisition in 2022 by a Walmart-affiliated fintech venture.

He holds a BA in Economics and History from Columbia University.
