Bob Ma is a Principal at WIND Ventures, where he heads VC investments in the retail, AI, fintech, and enterprise SaaS sectors. Prior to WIND, he was a venture investor at Soma Capital, focusing on early-stage startups across enterprise and consumer sectors, and at Causeway Media Partners.

As a company builder, Bob was the head of strategy from product ideation to launch for Verizon's go90 mobile TV app, which was one of Verizon's biggest-ever consumer product launches. He joined Verizon by way of its acquisition of OnCue, an Intel-backed media tech startup, where he was a product and business strategist. Bob began his career on the corporate strategy team of eBay, and was also a technical product manager at Amazon.com.

Bob earned an MBA from Stanford University, an MPA from Harvard University, and a BSc from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
