As AVP, eCommerce & Customer Marketing at Kraft Heinz, Andrea Steele is leading the evolution of KHC's eCommerce and Omnichannel Marketing strategy and roadmap to drive growth in partnership with customers.
Andrea brings more than 18 years of extensive experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce leadership. Most recently, Andrea served as Senior Director, eCommerce & Omnichannel Marketing at The Hershey Company, where she scaled the eCommerce business from under $100M to >$1B. With a strong track record transforming both consumer-facing and B2B businesses at Hershey and Unilever, Andrea brings multi-category experience to help accelerate sales both online and in-store.
Andrea began her career at L2 Inc. (acquired by Gartner) and a boutique strategic consultancy, Goodman&Company. She delivered digital, ecommerce, organizational, marketing, and go-to-market strategies for organizations like Estee Lauder, LVMH, L’Oreal, Chanel, PayPal, SAP, and Microsoft.
Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a master’s degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She currently resides in Hummelstown, PA, with her husband and two children.
