Ajay Sharma is Vice President of eCommerce & OmniChannel, Target and Emerging Platforms for Bayer’s Consumer Health division in North America.

In his current role, Ajay is responsible for leading the end-to-end eCommerce & OmniChannel commercial agenda focused on developing eCommerce strategies that align with business, shopper, and retailer needs, executing with excellence across digital touchpoints, building Go-to-Market models that serve today’s needs and scale for tomorrow, partnering with the right organizations to deliver value and cultivates digital and eCommerce capabilities throughout the organization. Ajay is also recognized as a top industry voice, frequently appearing as a guest on numerous podcasts (e.g. CPG Guys) and invited to speak at sessions across key eCommerce and Digital events and conferences, including Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, CES, Cornell’s Omni Leadership Summit, Groceryshop and Shoptalk to name a few.

Ajay has a proven track record in eCommerce & OmniChannel and prior to his current role, he was a member of Bayer’s Global eCommerce team in Switzerland and Head of eCommerce in the UK.

Before joining Bayer, Ajay spent over a decade at Coca-Cola, advancing through key commercial, trade marketing, and eCommerce roles across multiple channels.
