Ethan Sinick is the Managing Director of Shirland Ventures and a consultant for the Total Negotiation Group (www.totalnegotiation.com).

Shirland Ventures maintains a select group of CPG clients in Europe and venture investments in the CPG and retail services space. At Total Negotiation Group, Ethan works with the CPG industry in the US and Canada on a variety of RGM projects, Negotiation training and initiatives supporting the mutual agreement of joint value creation plans.

Ethan previously served as a Vice President with Kantar, where he worked for more than a decade advising clients around the world. He has also previously held the position of Research Director for the Coca-Cola Retailing Research Councils in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Through Shirland Ventures investments in retail service and consumer goods start-ups, Ethan has supported a number of award-winning entrepreneurs in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Ethan held a Non-Executive Director role with Ramblin’ Brands and served on the Advisory Board of Agrosustain.

Ethan began his working life as a store clerk and later assistant manager of a small American bookstore chain. He has retailing in his blood, as both of his grandfathers were retailers.

Ethan graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester, NY, USA with a B.A. in English and History. He holds American and British citizenship.
