Erin Dress is the team lead for Unilever’s Walmart Omnichannel e-commerce business, encompassing Walmart.com, Online Grocery and Jet.com for all Unilever categories (from mayonnaise to dry shampoo to natural laundry detergent). Erin and her team partner with Walmart merchants and Unilever brand, shopper and insights teams to drive category growth on Walmart’s digital platforms and continue to evolve the customer shopping experience. Erin and her team are helping lead the omnichannel pivot within Unilever, testing and learning new digital paths to purchase, analyzing online to offline sales impact and helping adapt Unilever’s core assortment for e-commerce.
Erin's prior work experience includes advising CPG clients including Coca-Cola and Nestle on their social strategies for Twitter, working directly on the TRESemmé and Degree brands at Unilever and working as an editor in book publishing. Erin studied English and History at Yale and got her MBA at Wharton.
