George brings to Forrester two decades retail applications experience. In eleven years with Forrester, George has published more than 100 research reports on retail applications innovation, demand management, pricing and promotion optimization, private label, and new product introduction best practices. He is a member of the chartered institute of marketing, has a master's degree in operations research, holds APICS CPIM certification, and is a CGMA CIMA-qualified accountant.
