Emily Kaplan is the Head of Digital Strategy for Church & Dwight, a leading manufacturer of Household and Personal Care products, including ARM & HAMMER and Trojan Condoms. Emilyleads digital marketing strategy and cross-discipline transformation by aligning dynamic consumer behaviors with business goals. While she oversees a variety of digital channels and initiatives,Emily took a personal interest in accelerating eCommerce growth as an adopted pet project over 5 years ago. Today, eCommerce at CHD is supported by a dedicated cross-functional team, and growing investment year over year. Emily has formalized Platinum level partnerships with Amazon and other eRetailers, and led the exploration and integration of a variety of new innovation, tools, tests, and advanced analytics platforms. In 2017, Emily was recognized with the company’s Chairman’s Award for outstanding accomplishments in the area of eCommerce that positioned the company for the future.
Prior to joining CHD in 2013, Emily spent 9 years at Razorfish, a best in class digital ad agency, in a consultative role across the Johnson & Johnson portfolio. She has been a lover of all things Internet since AOL Instant Messenger came into her life in 1993, and will forever remember her AIM username and password. Emily is a Syracuse University alum, a really proud resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and would like to one day live out her retirement on one very long African safari.
