Aimee works with retailers globally to build Private Brand programs that are positioned and managed for long-term growth. She possesses over 20 years of industry experience and started her career in Private Brands at Daymon in January 2010. Prior to Daymon, she worked in various brand and category roles at Revlon, Coty and Motts.
Currently, Aimee is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Services at Daymon. Under her leadership, this team provides strategic direction to retailers and manufacturers on how to build and drive Private Brands. The team consists of four key verticals – Analytics, Brand Strategy, Category Solutions and Creative Services. This team works collaboratively to bring insights to actions quickly, with a constant line of sight to flawless execution.
As an expert in Private Brand strategy, Aimee regularly provides the industry with perspective on the state of Private Brands. She is frequently recognized and most notably was a Griffin Report Women of Influence in the Food Industry inductee (2015) and Progressive Grocer Top Woman In Grocery (2014, 2017).
