VP of Quality, RXBAR
As Vice President of Quality for RXBAR, Lauren leads the team responsible for all aspects of food safety, quality and regulatory for the Chicago-based food manufacturer.
Prior to joining RXBAR in 2017, Lauren worked at global TIC companies, Tentamus Group, the leader in speciality testing specifically around pesticides, residues and contaminants, and Intertek, where she was on the IFS and BRC North America working groups and a contributing author for the BRC Food Standard. She previously spent time at General Mills in its Quality & Regulatory Organization.
Lauren received her BS in Dietetics with a specialization in Health Promotion from Michigan State University.
