Vivek Kalpande is Group Vice President of Loyalty, Personalization and Analytics with Albertsons, a leading national grocery chain with over 2300 stores and well-known brands such as Safeway and Jewel Osco. He is responsible for the all the loyalty marketing, rewards programs, targeting and digital personalization efforts for the company. Prior to this, he worked at dunnhumby in leadership roles to drive customer-centric transformation among several large retailers across marketing, merchandising, digital communications and media areas. Before dunnhumby, he worked at Alliance Data Systems and Information Resources Inc.
