Fang Cheng is the CEO and co-founder of Linc Global, a Customer Care Automation platform that helps brands differentiate themselves using automated services and experiences across the channels that shoppers prefer. Linc has served over 15% of US shoppers; creating a competitive advantage, reducing customer service costs, and turning service interactions into new engagement and revenue for clients like Carter’s | Oshkosh, eBags, Stein Mart, Lamps Plus, JustFab.com, Tarte, Hugo Boss, Vineyard Vines and P&G Shop and more.
Prior to Linc, Fang co-founded Touchco, served as COO and lead the business to be acquired by Amazon. Fang also has multiple years of experience working as a hedge fund manager and holds a Ph.D. in bioinformatics from New York University.
