Veeral Shah

Chief Digital & Ecommerce Officer, Nestle USA


Veeral Shah is the Chief Digital & eCommerce & Officer for Nestlé USA.  In this newly created role, he oversees efforts to drive all aspects of an end-to-end eCommerce business as well as digital transformation across all of Nestlé USA’s Food & Beverage categories.

Prior to this role, Veeral served as the Vice President of Category & Channel Sales Development for Nestlé USA where he led efforts to drive category leadership and growth, annual planning, and strategic sales initiatives while serving as a key liaison to the divisions.

Before joining Nestlé, Veeral spent eight years at Campbell Soup assuming a variety of leadership roles across Strategy and Sales including the Vice President / General Manager, Digital & eCommerce where he built Campbell’s digital and eCommerce business from scratch – driving sales, enhancing digital marketing & content, and developing supply chain strategies for online sales.  Veeral also held the position of VP of Customer Planning & Strategy and VP of Sales, Growth Channels. Throughout his tenure at Campbell Soup he influenced several critical initiatives including U.S retail strategic planning, the development of a new performance-based trade program, and the commercialization of numerous products specific to growth channels.

Before joining Campbell Soup, Veeral worked for Johnson & Johnson on the Brand Marketing team as well as Kellogg’s in Sales and Category Management roles.

Veeral is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan and earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Veeral received the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award in 2018 and has served on a number of advisory boards at organizations such as Instacart, Commerce IQ, and Public Citizens for Children & Youth.  In his spare time, he coaches several youth sports teams in his community.
