Mike Molitor

Head of eCommerce & Loyalty


Mike Molitor joined Bashas’ in June 2020 as Head of eCommerce & Loyalty.  Mike is responsible for creating, evolving, and growing the loyalty programs, eCommerce business, and enhancing digital experiences across three separate grocery banners (Bashas’, Food City, and AJ’s Fine Foods).  Prior to Bashas’ Mike held a similar role at Raley’s responsible for advancing Raley’s Something Extra loyalty program and growing Raley’s eCommerce business and digital properties.

Prior to Raley’s, Mike was SVP Digital for PetSmart overseeing all PetSmart digital properties, omni-channel experiences, and eCommerce capabilities across several digital properties.

Prior to PetSmart, Mr. Molitor served as SVP Omni-channel & eCommerce for Kohl’s for more than 10 years where he oversaw all aspects of the digital business including strategy, merchandising, planning, inventory management, vendor direct ship, site experience for mobile and web, content production, analytics, and P&L ownership.

Prior to Kohl’s, Mike held positions with Victoria’s Secret, Saks Incorporated, and May Department Stores (now Macy’s).
