Michelle Evans is the Global Lead of Retail and Digital Consumer Insights at Euromonitor International. In this role, she oversees the firm’s retail and digital research globally, providing actionable insights and in-depth analyses into how tech advances are reshaping commerce. She has more than 10 years of experience in market research and is a recognized thought leader in the retail industry. Michelle was named a top retail influencer by RETHINK Retail in 2021 and 2022 as well as a Women2Watch finalist by retail social think tank Remodista in 2018 and 2019. 

She shares her expertise across industry events, including NRF Big Show, Shoptalk, Money20/20, Mobile World Congress, Seamless and Forum E-Commerce Brasil as a speaker, chairperson or juror. Leveraging her master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University, she has a reoccurring Forbes column and is regularly quoted in publications globally.
